While the terms and conditions are very long and rarely anyone reads it, here are the main ones we would like to point out :

All Our template comes with only “Personal Usage Rights”, which means You (Client or Customer) can use the template only for personal purposes. You are not allowed to share or distribute any of the template files, in full or any part of it. You need to Contact Us before selling any of our templates.
Any template downloaded from Us having any file missing or malfunctioning, is likely to get a fresh copy within 10 days from the date of purchase.
You need to retain all credits in the source code if not stated otherwise.
The use of any images is strictly prohibited except used as it is.

You can do a lot with our website templates. You as a Client or Customer can download any template from Us, modify it and create your own website with it. You can only share our templates with a friend or anyone by linking to our site. However you are not allowed to share templates files with a friend or anyone.

Making Money with Our Website Templates

Any material or resources found on our website is strictly not for sale.

You are not allowed to sell the templates or any part of it. You can only share our templates with a friend or anyone by linking to our site. You are not allowed to share templates files with a friend or anyone by sending any file directly. However, if you plan to sell any of the downloaded template or website, you need to Contact Us.

Using Custom Designed Website

All Custom Designed Websites (Front End Design, Back End Development and Custom Built with PHP) are distributed under the commercial use licence, where You (Client or Customer) hold the right to use, edit, modify, licence, sub-licence, sell or do anything you want as long as the credits in the source code is retained.

Credits to be Retained

Credits in the source code must be retained. You agree to leave the copyright notes in the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, XML, SQL and Java source code even if you modify the template or website. This is a very generous offer since our competitors force you to leave ugly "design by" credit links in the footer of your website, which makes your website look very unprofessional. The source code is only viewed by developers, which comprise less than 1% of all visitors. This will never be seen by regular visitors.

Use of Images

All the images that are available on our website or come along with the template files or Custom Designed Websites are subject to copyright, and the customer and/or client is not allowed to use the images for any type of commercial purposes. Furthermore, all the images that refer to a particular person or seems like a person cannot be used in a bad/wrong sense.

Redistribution

To uphold the quality of each template and continuously ensure ease of usability, redistribution of template files is prohibited unless otherwise approved by us.

Guarantees and Warranties

We hold no guarantee or warranty of any kind whatsoever for using the website. If any template or project downloaded from Us is not functioning properly or has some files missing then we will provide you with a fresh file, when the problem is reported within 10 days from the date of purchase. Money once paid is not refundable in any case because of the time, money, enthusiasm and laborious work done by the designers and developers. However, the payment which is accidentally done twice will have a refund for the extra amount paid (excluding transaction charges).

Site Maintenance Service

Site maintenance service only include the features listed on the plans page and no extra features are provided on using this service including but not limited to security attacks like DoS, DDoS, XSS, SQL attacks, Phishing, MITM etc. It also does not include any type of content management or social media management. Complete redesign or rebuilding of website will be done for the Business Plan and only if you have any active maintenance plan for atleast two months.

All materials and resources found on our website is protected by copyright laws.

Any template found on this site or any website built by Us shall not be used by any entity for the purpose of promoting or participating in any illegal activities, including but not limited to the following: gambling, hacking, cracking, malicious computer crime or fraud.

We will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever as a result of, or relating to, the use of this website, other websites or resources linked to or accessed through this website. Furthermore, we will not be held responsible for any and all claims, liabilities, losses, business interruption, loss of program or other data, cost and expenses (including lawyers' fees on a solicitor and client basis) resulting from the use of any and all materials found on our website.
